Unitedhealthcare®️ has zero premium Medicare Part C plan designed for ALL veterans with Medicare Part A and B. The plan includes the same benefits as Medicare Part A and B, but also includes benefits that Medicare does not cover like gym membership, vision and dental.

The plan also includes a Medicare Part B premium credit each month. The Part B credit varies from state to state, but the most common is $100 month saving you $1200 year per person on your Medicare Part B premium.

RenewActive gym membership (similar to SilverSneakers) allows you access to fitness locations nationwide including 24 Hour Fitness, YMCA, Curves, Anytime Fitness, local rec centers and more. You can use ALL participating gyms. Some clients go to one gym for the pool and another gym later in the day for a class they like.

Humana offers a similar plan to the UnitedHealthcare plan, and is available in 46 states and includes vision, hearing, dental and SilverSneakers. The plan is also a zero premium Part C plan WITHOUT drug coverage so it works well with Tricare for Life members or veterans who have Medicare Part A and B and go to the VA . The Humana plan is a PPO (Not a HMO), allowing you to see any doctor nationwide that accepts Medicare without a referral.
