Blue Sky Medicare offers UnitedHealthcare Medicare Supplement Plan F to residents of Arizona. You must have Medicare Part A and B to enroll in a Medigap Plan F which covers all of your deductibles and co-insurance that Medicare doesn’t cover, but does NOT cover Part D drug coverage. Medigap Plan F is the most popular Plan in the country, and the easiest to explain because it pays 100% of what Medicare doesn’t pay.

Another option is Plan N which is similar to Plan F but doesn’t cover Part B deductible of $198 and can have a co-pay of up to $20 for doctors visits. For someone age 65 in Arizona, Plan N is about $500 less premium per year than a Plan F.

Most insurance companies that issue Medigap plans have male and female rates, UnitedHealthcare uses unisex rates so male and female are the same premium and also gives a 5% discount for households that have two members on the plan.
