Blue Sky Medicare, based in Denver, offers UnitedHealthcare and Humana Medicare Supplement plans, also called Medigap, to all residents of Colorado. Medigap Plans cover some or all of the medical costs Medicare doesn’t pay. You must have Medicare Part A and B to enroll in any Medigap Plan. You can enroll or switch your current Medigap plan at anytime of the year.

Medicare Supplement Plan F is the most popular Plan in the country  and also the easiest to explain because it covers 100% of your deductibles and co-insurance that Medicare doesn’t cover.  Couples receive an additional 5% discount.

Medigap Plan N and G is the next step down, provides similar cover of Plan F but doesn’t cover Part B deductible of $198 and you can have a co-pay of up to $20 for a doctor visit on Plan N.

You can change your Medicare Supplement plan anytime of the year. Medigap policies do NOT cover prescription drugs, which is called Part D and run around $30 month.

Humana is one of the largest insurer of Medicare Supplement Plans providing stable rates and one of the only companies to include SilverSneakers gym membership in all Colorado plans, allowing you unrestricted access to over 14,000 locations nationwide including 24 Hour Fitness, YMCA, local rec centers and these health clubs outside of Denver:
