Blue Sky Medicare offers UnitedHealthcare SecureHorizons Advantage plans to residents of Colorado Springs living in these counties: El Paso, Fremont,  Pueblo and Teller. You must have Medicare Part A and B to enroll in the zero premium Plan 2 or the $37 a month Plan 1, that gives you lower co-pays and lower maximum max out of pocket ( often called MOOP ). Both plans include Part D drug coverage, vision, hearing and SilverSneakers gym membership.
