Blue Sky Medicare offers residents of Dallas, TX, Humana and UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage Plans and Medicare Supplement Plans. We specialize in helping clients entering Medicare understand both type of plans by explaining the pros and cons of each plan in a UNBIASED manner (again we offer both).

UnitedHealthcare SecureHorizons is the Medicare Advantage Plan offered in Dallas, Collin, Cooke, Denton, Ellis, Johnson, Kaufman, Fannin, Parker, Hood, Wise, Grayson, Van Zandt, Rockwall , Tarrant and Wise counties. You must have Medicare Parts A and B to enroll in the plans.

You have two options: 

Plan 1: 0 premium

Plan 2: $74/month= smaller co-pays, lower yearly max out of pocket and dental coverage.

Both of these plans are 5 star rated plans allowing you to enroll in them at any point of the year.

Annual Enrollment Period is October 15th- Dec 7th allowing you to switch from Plan 1 to Plan 2 or vice versa, effective January 1st.
