These plans fill the gaps in your Medicare, and allow you see any doctor nationwide that accepts Medicare. So down the road if you want to see a doctor in Dallas, you have that option. Medigap plans do NOT cover prescription drug costs, which is called Part D which usually cost $30-$35 a month
Plan F Select requires you to go to specific hospitals, in Wichita Falls you have to go to HealthSouth Hospital of Wichita Falls or Clay County Hospital in Henrietta, TX. You do have to be a member of AARP to enroll in a AARP UnitedHealthcare Supplement plan.
